What does OAC rules 3745-110-01, 3745-110-02, 3745-110-03 and 3745-110-04 cover?
The above referenced rules are contained in Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapter 110, Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT). OAC rule 3745-110-01 establishes the definitions used in the chapter. OAC rule 3745-110-02 establishes the applicability of emissions regulations for stationary sources of NOx emissions. OAC rule 3745-110-03 establishes RACT requirements and/or limitations for emissions of NOx from stationary sources. OAC rule 3745-110-04 establishes compliance deadlines for stationary sources of NOx emissions.
