Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Drinking and Ground Waters (DDAGW) is proposing to amend rules 3745-7-01, 3745-7-02, 3745-7-03, 3745-7-04, 3745-7-05, 3745-7-06, 3745-7-07, 3745-7-09, 3745-7-10, 3745-7-11, 3745-7-12, 3745-7-13, 3745-7-15, 3745-7-17, 3745-7-18, 3745-7-19, 3745-7-20, 3745-7-21 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC). The rule package is making administrative corrections from the recent filing effective November 7, 2024.
OAC Chapter 3745-7 sets forth the requirements for operators to become certified and maintain certification.
The following rules have amendments to the rule language and the supplemental information:

Additionally, the Agency is working with the Common-Sense Initiative (CSI) Office.
