Notice is hereby given that on May 18, 2026, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) issued a draft solid waste Permit to Install (Permit Number No. 1645857) to Suburban Landfill, Inc., located at 3415 Township Road 447, Glenford, Ohio 43739. The permit, if issued as a final permit, authorizes the construction of a monocell for acceptance of secondary aluminum process (SAP) waste at Suburban Landfill Inc., located at 3415 Township Road 447, Glenford, Ohio 43739, in Perry County.
A public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Glenford Elementary School, 128 East High Street, Glenford, Ohio 43739. The public hearing will end when everyone in attendance has had an opportunity to provide testimony related to this project.
