Will-Power is proposing to construct a behind the meter power station. The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, 50 West Town Street, Columbus, OH, has issued a draft air pollution control installation permit for this facility. The draft permit is open for public comment before a final decision is made. Air dispersion modeling shows that emissions from the facility will not exceed any National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). The highest predicted concentration is 942 micrograms per cubic meter of carbon monoxide (1-hour), which represents 9.4% of the Generally Acceptable Incremental Impact (GAII).
