This rulemaking is being undertaken to complete the required five-year rule review for these nine rules, for which the agency plans no changes at this time:

·      3745-1-12 Sandusky river drainage basin.

·      3745-1-19 Huron river drainage basin.

·      3745-1-23 Portage river drainage basin.

·      3745-1-32 Ohio river standards.

·      3745-2-12 Total maximum daily loads.

·      3745-11-01 Definitions.

·      3745-11-02 Standard and special connection bans.

·      3745-11-03 Connection ban variances.
