Permit Desc: Administrative modification FEPTIO for 10 plastic coating operations (R007 - R016) to remove the 2.7 TPY Rolling 12-month VOC limitation [OAC 3745-21-26(A)(1)(a)] and replace with individual coating VOC limitations listed in Option one of OAC 3745-21-26(C)(1). The facility-wide emissions are limited to 49.5 TPY of VOC, 7.9 TPY of each individual HAP, and 19.9 TPY of combined total HAPs, along with an annual combined coating usage limit of 15,080 gallons. Metal coating operation limitations and requirements are also added to each EU.
