What does OAC Chapter 3745-24 cover?
Chapter 3745-24 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) contains the requirements for the submission of emission statements for any facility that emits twenty-five tons or more of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) or twenty-five tons or more of volatile organic compounds (VOC) during the calendar year and is located in a county designated as nonattainment for the National Ambient Air Quality Standards for ozone.
What changes are being considered?
Ohio EPA will be performing a general review of the rules in this chapter to fulfill the requirements of ORC 106.03 (5-year review). Ohio EPA is not aware, at this time, of any major changes necessary to these rules.
