Water Quality Certification - Doan Brook Stream Restoration
Ohio EPA Division of Surface Water has received an application and is beginning to consider whether to issue or deny a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification for a project to restore a section of Doan Brook in the Ashtabula Chagrin Watershed (Huc: 0411003). The certification application proposes discharging fill material into Doan Brook and adjacent wetlands, thereby triggering Ohio’s antidegradation requirements.
