Tri-Cities North Regional Wastewater Authority - permit modification

Ohio EPA is accepting comments on an application for an antidegradation project - a permit modification: NPDES Permit No. 1PD00020.


Ohio EPA will host a public hearing July 23, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Richard F. Shomper Governance Center, council chambers, 6151 Brandt Pk., Huber Heights, OH 45424. The hearing will last until all written and oral comments have been received. Comments will also be received through July 30, 2026, at close of business (5:00 PM).
